Truffled Cream with Porcini Mushrooms

This time we move just beyond the border of Emilia-Romagna to let you savor some delicacies that go beyond the boundaries of taste. We are in Casterlfiorentino, a small town less than 30 km from Florence, where prized truffles grow, some of the best in Italy. In addition to the classic white we find the entire selection of black truffles, from summer to winter ones, to always bring fresh truffles to your tables. We have chosen to rely on the wisdom of these territories for the truffle harvest because we know how the symbolic companies of this land work, chief among these Stefania Calugi, a tradition that has continued since 1908 and which we have chosen for the selection of some of our truffle-based products.

A spreadable cream to enrich your finest dishes. Excellent for spreading on hot croutons for a gourmet aperitif or an unusual starter. Perfect to accompany white meats, game and beef fillets.
