Raspberry Liqueur

A raspberry liqueur with an intense ruby red color, fragrant and pleasantly sweet, inspired by the tradition of the Emilian Apennines.

The result is an elegant and genuine liqueur, with a soft and fruity taste, where the natural flavor of the raspberry remains the protagonist. 

Perfect as a digestive at the end of a meal, it is served chilled and pairs well with chocolate desserts, tarts, cream ice creams or fruit desserts. A small mountain specialty, simple yet refined, also ideal as a gift idea.

For products based on Wild Black Blueberry typical of the Modenese Apennines and other Forest Fruits such as raspberries, we have selected a symbol of our territory, namely Azienda Agricola i Rodi. A family-run business located in Fanano on the Apennines, in the province of Modena. In this place among green meadows and chestnut woods, the cultivation, harvesting and processing of the fruits takes place. All fruit cultivation is organic. The Wild Black Blueberry is wild, therefore it is only collected in the woods. Blackberries, red currants, black currants, strawberries and raspberries are both harvested and cultivated. Everything is processed in a small artisanal laboratory on site, small production but of the highest excellence. Azienda Agricola i Rodi is one of the very few excellences boasting the mark of the Chamber of Commerce of Modena for products based on Wild Black Blueberry of the Modenese Apennines. This guarantees its origin, its characteristics and unmatched peculiarities.

Delicious to consume at the end of a meal as a digestive, we recommend serving it cold. Excellent to taste also as a sweet enhancement for ice cream, cakes and ricottas. Ideal for a perfect gift.
