Truffle bitters

A bitter truly different from the usual, exceptional for its goodness, aromas and perfumes thanks to its truffle aftertaste. We wanted to include something truly rare and unusual in our product range, to demonstrate our continuous research and passion for good products from Emilia Romagna, but not only. To also be used as a tasty and unexpected gift.

Acqualagna is a small town of 4,000 souls between the hills of Pesaro and Urbino in the Marche, a real capital when it comes to black and white truffles. Acqualagna is famous throughout the world for its underground treasures, thanks also to the special fair dedicated to truffles held every year in autumn, which attracts people from all over the world. We wanted to include this idyllic place for the growth of truffles because it is a territory that differs little from those of Emilia-Romagna and Sant'Agata Feltria, to thus offer you the best possible variety of truffles from our region and neighboring places.
